Packaging Details
The normal package is the wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries, the wooden box will be fumigated.If the container is too tighter, we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customer’s special request.

Q: What is the amount of milk stored in this machine? How long is it stored?

A: The whole machine is a normal temperature cabinet and does not contain a refrigerator. The capacity of the cylinder is 16
liters, which can be stored for about 3 days. It is not recommended to fully fill up. The amount can be slowly added according to
the sales volume, which will not cause waste. It also guarantees the taste of the fresh ice cream of the milk paste. The whole
machine has ozone sterilization function.

Q: How many grams of a cup of ice cream? How many cups can you play? How long does it take for a cup of ice cream?
A: A cup of ice cream about 70g. You can use the APP to adjust the capacity. A machine can produce about 200 cups. A cup of
production process takes about 25s, and it can be used continuously.

Q:Paper cups spoons and raw materials

A:The cup is a universal cup, It’s material is PP , 1000 spoons/ box. If you need to customize the color and pattern of the cup,
the minimum order quantity of the cup is 100,000.er。

Q:Payment system description

A:Cash payment(bank note/coin), Cashless payment（Alipay bank card ,credit card QR code), Bank card&credit card card system(ITO
NAYAX).

Q:Does the machine have an automatic cleaning function? How to clean it?

A:There is cleaning function. Just add water to the storage tank (preferably warm water). Open the cleaning button and it will be
cleaned automatically. In theory, it will be cleaned once every 3 days. The built-in ice cream machine cylinder has pre-cooling
function.

Q:Is the quality of refrigeration equipment guaranteed?

A:Refrigeration equipment is developed and produced by ourselves, so the cost is lower than other manufacturers in the market, and
our machines are cost-effective. All the hardware and software of the equipment are developed by ourselves. We have been a brand
